What is your return/refund policy?
We are happy to issue refunds for items that are returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Please utilize the contact form and provide an order number to begin the return process.
I thought this was real makeup. Can I return it?
We go to great lengths to advertise and inform the consumer that the products are fake makeup that does not apply to skin. Therefore we do not accept returns due to believing the products are real makeup.
When will my order ship? What carrier do you use?
All orders ship next business day via US Postal Service or FedEx as selected by the customer at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. Please check you spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
How do I cancel or change my order?
For cancellations or changes to orders, please contact us through our contact form before the order has shipped. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has shipped.
How long will it take to ship to my location? / Will my order make it by a certain date?
We always ship next business day. Delivery of the items are the responsibility of the the carrier and we cannot guarantee their delivery times.

I entered the wrong shipping address for my order. Can you change it for me?
If your order has shipped, and is returned Little Cosmetics due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the item to be resent.
I entered the wrong address and my item has been delivered to the wrong residence. What can you do about this?
We will not resend packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address, and are not returned to us. We mail items directly to the address entered by the customer at order placement. We do not edit the shipping address. Please note that customers receive an email receipt upon order placement, which indicates the shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address. If your item has been delivered to an incorrect address, please contact the residents at the delivery address.
How much is shipping to my location?

One of my items has broken. Can you replace it?
We are happy to replace broken or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please utilize the contact form and provide an order number and the correct name of the item that needs to be replaced.
I would like a different item than the one I purchased. Can I exchange it?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
I tracked my order and it hasn’t moved in days. Can you tell me what is going on?
Once your item has shipped, please contact the US Postal Service for any information and updates on your package. We do not have any additional tracking information and we see the same tracking updates as you. You must contact the USPS for additional information.
I paid for expedited shipping and my order did not make it on time. Can you please refund my shipping cost?
All shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier, and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier for any shipping or delivery issues.
The carrier lost my order. / I never recieved my package. Will you replace it?
We are not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. Delivery of your package is the responsibility of the carrier. You must contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim if you have not received your package, so they can investigate. If your tracking information does not indicate a delivery confirmation after 14 business days, please contact us with your claim number and we will process a replacement.
My item has been confirmed delivered by USPS/FedEx tracking, but I never received it. What do I do?
Please verify that you entered the correct shipping address for your order. Please check around your mailbox, check with your neighbors, and check with other individuals that retrieve the mail for your home. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact the carrier for any delivery issues. We will not replace any item that has been confirmed delivered.
I live outside of the United States. How long will it take for my order to arrive in my country?
Most international orders arrive within 1- 3 weeks, however we cannot guarantee international shipping times.
I live outside of the United States and I have to pay to pick up my parcel from the post office. What can you do about this?
The fee your country imposes is separate and unrelated to the postage fees, which cover the cost of shipping the goods from the US to your country. We are not responsible and have no control over taxes and fees imposed by countries around the world.
