PRODUCT POLICIES

I understand that Little Cosmetics's products are not real makeup and do not apply to skin, and that I will not be issued a refund due to believing that it is real makeup.  We have gone to great lengths to advertise and inform the consumer that the products are not real makeup.

SHIPPING POLICIES

I understand that my order will ship same or next business day via US Postal Service, and that Little Cosmetics cannot be held accountable for any delivery delays or lost packages once my order has shipped.

I agree to contact the Postal Service for any delivery issues one my order has shipped.

I understand that tracking information will be emailed to me at the time of your order. I agree to check my Spam or Junk folder if I do not see it in my inbox, and if it is still not visible, I will contact Little Cosmetics immediately.

I have read and understand the estimated USPS delivery times.  I understand that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

USPS First Class Mail - 3 - 5 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail - 2 - 3 Business Days

USPS Express Mail - 1 -2 Business Days

FedEx 3 Day - 3 Business Days

I understand that Little Cosmetics cannot cancel or change an order once it has shipped.

I understand that my order will be shipped directly to the address entered by me, and that Little Cosmetics does not change or alter the address in any way.  I understand that if my order is delivered to an incorrect address due to my error, it will not be replaced by Little Cosmetics.  

I understand that all shipping fees are paid directly to the US Postal Service for the delivery of my order, and are not held by Little Cosmetics.

I agree to pay all shipping fees if my order has to be re-shipped due to my error, or any other circumstances outside of the control of Little Cosmetics.

 I understand that Little Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international.   I will contact the Post Office with my tracking number to file a claim if I have not received my package, so they can investigate.

I understand that Little Cosmetics will not replace or refund any item that has been confirmed delivered, but I have not received.  I agree to check my property and with neighbors for my order, and if it is not located I will contact the Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I understand that my international order MAY arrive within 1- 3 weeks, however Little Cosmetics cannot guarantee international shipping times.

I agree to pay any and all Customs Charges, Taxes, or Additional Postal Fees imposed by my country.  I understand that these fees are not imposed by Little Cosmetics, and that these fees are not paid to Little Cosmetics in any way.

UK and International customers: Your country may charge additional customs fees or taxes. International customers are responsible for any and all additional fees.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

I understand that Little Cosmetics will replace or offer a refund for broken or damaged items within 30 days of my purchase date .  I understand that my items cannot be replaced or refunded after this time period.

I understand that Little Cosmetics does not offer exchanges for items that I have purchased.

I understand that Little Cosmetics only issues refunds for items that are returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  I understand that I am responsible for all shipping costs for returns.
